"I highly recommend Trident Physical Therapy. I had 2 surgeries, one on my knee and another on my shoulder. I was doing therapy at another place, but felt like it wasn't enough and was worried I wouldn't get back to normal. I work in construction, so I need my full range of motion and strength back to do my job. I felt like the therapy I was doing got be me back to being able to do basic home task but not where I needed to be for work. So I looked around and found Trident. At Trident they work with you at your pace, but also help push you to your limits safely. I think that's what has helped me the most.
